Vali Negru
PRESIDENT
Former Liga 1 player with 243 games to his name, Vali had the privilege of playing for top Romanian clubs such as Sportul Studențesc, Rapid București, Petrolul Ploiești, and Poli Iași.
As a coach, Vali holds the UEFA Pro License and has led senior teams as head coach at CSM Oltenița (Liga 3), Rapid 2 București (Liga 3), and CSM Tunari (Liga 3). Additionally, he has served as an assistant coach at Rapid București (Liga 2) and FC Hermannstadt (Liga 1), and has gained experience with youth teams at the Vampires Academy (American School).

Tontea
U13 & U12 COACH
Robert began his football career at the Gheorghe Hagi Academy (youth) and went on to play for Dinamo 2 București (Liga 3) and CSM Oltenița (Liga 3).
He holds a C License and has experience coaching both senior and youth teams. He served as an assistant coach for senior teams at Rapid 2 (Liga 3) and worked with youth teams at GVD and Open Sport Academy.
Sorin
Pană
U11 & U7 COACH
Sorin Pană is a former professional football player and experienced football coach with over 15 years of professional playing experience, including 250+ matches in Liga II and 35 matches in Liga I.
Since 2018, he has focused on coaching, working with U7–U15 teams at clubs including ACS Nord Sport, Știința București, and Acumen Sport Romania. Holding a C coaching licence, he combines professional playing experience with a structured and development-focused approach to youth football.
Borislav Stoyanov
U10 COACH
Borislav Stoyanov is a young and ambitious professional with an impressive international background in sports and management. A graduate of The Hague University of Applied Sciences with a degree in International Sport Management and certified in Talent Identification and Football Scouting, Borislav combines his passion for the game with strong academic training. He gained valuable experience in player analysis and recruitment through internships at Tonsser and collaborations with clubs and federations, and since 2024, he has been contributing to development projects within Tennis Europe. With strong skills in communication, analysis, and leadership, Borislav brings to International Junior a modern, international perspective on scouting and sports development.
Octavian Grigorescu
U9 COACH
Octavian Grigorescu has been passionate about football since childhood, starting his journey with the youth academies of FC Voluntari and Progresul Spartac. He went on to play semi-professionally for Știința București, FC Titan, and currently, CS Progresul București. Since earning his UEFA C License in 2019, he has also coached senior teams at FC Titan. Among his achievements are becoming European Champion with the Romanian supporters’ national team at Eurofanz 2022 and winning the “Mereu Aproape” Cup in 2018. With experience both on the pitch and on the bench, Octavian brings to International Junior a rare mix of passion, discipline, and a competitive spirit.

Eduard Mihai Marin is a young football coach and former academy player with a strong passion for developing young athletes. He has trained within the Dinamo, InterDumi, and Cosmosport academies and gained practical experience as a volunteer at the Adrian Mutu Academy.
